Samsung (One UI) Instructions
- Open device Settings > Apps > KinotiX.
- Tap Battery and select Unrestricted.
- Go back to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery.
- Tap Background usage limits > ensure KinotiX is added to Never sleeping apps.
Xiaomi / Redmi (MIUI / HyperOS) Instructions
- Open device Settings > Apps > Manage apps > KinotiX.
- Enable Autostart toggle.
- Tap Battery Saver and select No restrictions.
OnePlus / Oppo / Realme (OxygenOS / ColorOS) Instructions
- Open Settings > Apps > App management > KinotiX.
- Tap Battery usage > enable Allow background activity and Allow auto-launch.
Vivo / iQOO (Funtouch OS) Instructions
- Open Settings > Battery > High background power consumption.

1. Live Wallpaper Stops Moving or Freezes
Symptoms: Fluid physics or 3D Gyro tilt stops animating after unlocking phone.
Possible Cause: OEM battery optimization force-closed background services.

2. Live Camera Wallpaper Shows Black Screen
Symptoms: Transparent Camera wallpaper screen is completely black.
Possible Cause: Camera permission not granted or background camera service blocked.
Step-by-Step Solution: Go to Android Settings > Apps > KinotiX > Permissions > Camera > select Allow only while using app. Re-select Live Camera wallpaper.
3. Wallpaper Download Failed
Symptoms: Tapping download button shows 'Download failed' toast error.
Possible Cause: No internet connection or mobile data restrict turned on.
Step-by-Step Solution: Verify your internet connection. If 'Wi-Fi Only Downloads' is turned on in KinotiX Settings, connect to a Wi-Fi network before downloading.
4. 3D Gyroscope Motion Not Responding
Symptoms: Wallpaper does not tilt when phone is rotated.
Possible Cause: Device lacks hardware rotation vector sensor or sensor permissions.
Step-by-Step Solution: Verify your device contains a hardware gyroscope. On devices without gyroscope hardware, KinotiX smoothly falls back to touch drag motion.
